Job description
Assist in the daily operations of an industrial kitchen producing 500+ meals working in tandem with another Sous Chef. Maintain a safe, orderly and sanitized cooking environment.
1) Serve as the Sous Chef working in tandem with the Chef.
2) Knowledge of all kitchen equipment.
3) Ensure kitchen is health inspection ready at all times.
4) Serve as the Chef for catering events with Kane Manager.
5) ServSafe Certification required.
