Job description
Pearl Street Wine Market & Cafe is looking for a sous chef to support our all day cafe style menu. Featuring aged country hams, regional cheeses and wine friendly small plates our menu is prep heavy but easy to execute. There is room for creativity with seasonal items brought in directly from growers and producers.
We are currently open from Wednesday - Saturday. Wednesday & Thursday our hours are 3-9, Friday & Saturday 12-9. The Sous chef position would require between 30-40 hours/ week.
Our ideal candidate likes a challenge and looks forward to planning menus for different events such as wine dinners and off-site catering.
