Hand & Stone Bedminster is one of the largest and busiest spas in the area. We are looking for a dedicated spa manager to lead our growing team of 25 employees.

We would like our manager to lead a supportive team-oriented culture that will enhance your long-term professional growth ab bring joy and happiness to the team. We are a well-organized spa with 4.5-star Google reviews with a significant number of members. This is a demanding job and we are looking for highly ambitious candidates that are looking for career growth with a multi unit franchise operator!

We are under new ownership and offering many advanced services in the industry!

• Flexible Schedule - We expect you tow work for 40 hours a week. You can either work from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base
• Train front desk associates with sales pitch and gift card sales
• Regular inventory analysis and ensure massage thepraists and estheticians have necessacy inventories
• Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
