Brighter Days Early Intervention Agency is currently hiring Speech Language Pathologists to provide services through the Philadelphia Early Intervention Program (birth to 3) and/or Elwyn (3-5 years old). We offer highly competitive rates- up to $90/hour. If a provider is bilingual, we will increase the rate. Services take place in the families' home, daycare and community settings. Due to COVID, some families are opting for teletherapy.

Services can take place anytime, as long as it works for you and the families. Services can occur daytime, nights or on weekend for children birth-3. Very flexible schedule.

Therapists must be organized and communicative. Our administrative and supervisory staff pride ourselves in our open communication style. We ensure all our providers feel supported. We encourage our providers to develop their passions and seek out professional development opportunities to better serve families in Philadelphia County and advance their careers.

Opportunities include independent contractors, hourly employee and the potential to build up to a full-time salary position.

Active PA License a requirement. Prior experience with Early Intervention a plus but not a requirement. This position would also be great for a new graduate or someone wanting to further their professional skill set. We provide the opportunity to work with an experienced mentor and offer continuing education reimbursement. CFs are welcome.
