Job Description
Job Title: Speech Therapist (SLP) In Inglewood, California
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Rehab Optima and be able to work 6-8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with a 90% productivity rate.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and communication skills
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care
Stay up to date with current therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in the state of California
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Experience with Rehab Optima preferred
