Responsibilities
- Assist the sports betting management team with the hiring, training, and development of associates.
- Produce the work schedules for sports betting associates.
- Follow departmental and company compliance measures and procedures.
- Ensure all local and state regulations are always adhered to.
- Verify cash drawers, reports, and guest activity; monitor for suspicious activity.
- Record all variance and compliance exceptions as and when they arise.
- Produce departmental statistical operation reports when required.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift meetings with associates; ensure all money has been accounted for.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain state gaming license.
- Minimum of 2 years' previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous sports betting experience preferred.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stoop, reach, and bend as necessary.
- Ability to respond to visual cues, excellent vision including peripheral views.
