NORTEK AIR SOLUTIONS, LLC has an opening for SR. FP&A ANALYST in Tualatin, OR. Duties are to complete standard monthly financial closing and analysis of the business including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. Prepare & coordinate key inputs into the annual planning and quarterly forecast updates. Responsible for coordinating upload of financial forecasts, provide team with guidance & training, and prepare the roll-up and reconciliation within our consolidation tools. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for distribution to Nortek Air Solutions management team. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives, cost improvement projects and other business improvement ideas.

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. Plus 5 years progressive experience in job offered (Sr. FP & A Analyst) or in a related occupation in FP&A discipline. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience in the following: Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP & Atlas3.5 PS6 AX2009 or comparable systems; Using financial consolidation systems and financial reporting software; In Financial Planning and Analysis in a standard costing environment; Using Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables, write formulas for DSO, DSI, DPO and similar statistical measures, Linking multiple files, using text-to-columns function, using v-lookups formulas, using ERP add-ins to import/export data, and build extensive models to financial forecasts for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow; With a global company, dealing with multiple currencies; Convert financial statements to common currencies and record FX gains/losses. 6 months of exposure to international product transfers and plant relocations. 3 years of experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry.
