We are looking for a Senior Loan Officer with a good knowledge of the real estate and mortgage lending industry. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in commercial and residential mortgage loan origination, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and what it takes to secure financing for various properties

Responsibilities:

• Have an undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, or math.
• Have 5 years of experience in lending.
• Be able to provide financial short- and long-term projections for each company he/she lends to.
• Be able to manage a loan portfolio.
• Have a clean driving record and be at least 25 years old.
• Be able to pass a credit score check and criminal background check.
• Be knowledgeable about the field of finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
