About the Role
You will manage the Support Office Team for the Americas Regional Project Business. The Support Office provides support in the areas of business analysis, supplier management, and business operations for the Intelligent Cockpit regional business.

Your Team
Your team is made up of ~ 5 Business Analysts, Supplier Manager, RFQ-Support, and Report Journalist to support the Regional Project Leads Teams.

What You Will Do
  • Staff and manage a team of Business Analysts, Supplier Manager, and other support roles.
  • Responsible for Business Case Management for all the projects in the regions.
  • Assesses the Business Cases coming from the finance organization - determines if / when BC updates are needed based upon project changes.
  • Profit and Loss analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Consolidating & Assessment of Change Request
  • Consolidating & Assessment of internal resource management & host demand and supply reviews.
  • Manages project dashboards and reporting.
  • Creates reports and presentations to be used for top management and customer reviews.
  • Specifies and justifies needs for up-to-date finance and HR data, agrees with Finance and HR functions on scope, format and cadence of regular reporting.
  • Aligns processes and best practices with peers in other Regional Project Offices, synchronizing global activities and process rollouts.
  • Support the Project Leaders in regards of Pursuits & RFI/RFQ Management
  • Responsible for career growth and technical skills enhancements for all members in your team.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Controlling, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience in development and delivery
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive project development
  • 5+ years in leading multi-national teams/resources
  • Experience supporting business operations related to business case analysis, resource and budget planning, and project financial analysis
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow diverse teams
What is Nice to Have
  • Master's Degree in Business, Controlling, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a business operations or similar role

  • Be willing to work in an office in Novi, MI.
