Reporting to the Nutrition Creative Senior Manager, this talent will architect and align stakeholders to the creative briefs, creative strategy, core creative ideas and campaign creative assets for some of the core strategies for key brands in the nutrition portfolio.

What You’ll Do for us:

This individual will also deploy/operationalize all the creative work into deliverables (consumer-centric and shopper-centric/point of sale) that corresponds with the connection plan across North America

Step change levels-up nutrition creative output by:

  • Leading agency briefs and the creative process for all creative output from ATL to BTL.
  • Influencing the quality and quantity of the creative work across the portfolio.
  • Doing work that achieves the brand objectives, drives the business forward, lands the brand in culture, and wins industry recognition.

Provide strategic thought-leadership throughout the strategic process: guide adherence to (and when needed, evolution of) the strategy among internal teams and external agency partners; identify opportunities to bring consumer research and data into the process; help develop measurement plans to evaluate and optimize campaigns; foster a culture of collaboration that continually challenges and builds the brand team’s and global creative peers collective thinking.

Works hand in hand with XF team, inclusive of brand team, e2e team, and SMEs from across IMX and other organizations across North America. Will also partner with global counterparts on relevant global campaigns and adaptations.

Required qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Related Work Experience: 7 or more years of professional experience working with creative (primarily) and marketing strategy.

Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies and companies; a track record of inspiring big (ideally award-winning) creative thinking/work.

Passionate and connected to N.A. entertainment and culture.

Proven ability to work in a network, and collaborate across disciplines/countries

MASTERY OF (REQUIRED)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills : Articulate complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner

Team building and team player; collaborate with, INSPIRE and influence others

Translate consumer and cultural research/data, business objectives and diverse perspectives into actionable creative strategies and breakthrough creative ideas and expressions.

BROAD EXPERTISE IN (GOOD TO HAVE)
