The Team:
The Global Transfer Pricing team is responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and minimizing audit risks for S&P Global. The team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with various corporate functions to establish strong relationships and optimize the company's global tax position. The Impact:
As a Sr. Manager - Global Transfer Pricing, your role is critical to S&P Global’s operations, as it ensures the company's compliance with transfer pricing regulations and minimizes audit risks. Your work will contribute to the accuracy of financial reporting, and your expertise will help to identify and mitigate any transfer pricing risks that may arise.
Moreover, your contributions to the transfer pricing function will help to optimize S&P Global’s global tax position, contributing to the overall financial performance of the company. Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and minimize audit risks.
Prepare, maintain, and contribute to supporting schedules and documentation, including local transfer pricing reports.
Manage intercompany legal agreements.
Review transfer pricing calculations for accuracy and completeness.
Provide support during local audits.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in transfer pricing at an accounting/consulting firm or in-house for a large multinational company.
Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, Alteryx or an equivalent software.
Strong understanding of the OECD’s transfer pricing guidelines.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $107,100 to $210,300. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
