Duties/Responsibilities
Lead the Product security operations team and continue to improve and optimize the process
Help drive data driven decisions and tracks deliverables to ensure activities are on schedule and of high quality

Drive the culture of continuous improvement to strengthen the overall security posture of the products
Communicates technical issues with accuracy and confidence with various stakeholders with in and outside the organization
Drive negotiations in the interest of security
Helping set and fulfill the hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Drive strategic initiatives to up level overarching security quality of all cloud software group products
Align the team with cross geo security teams and company-wide goals
Implement effective security processes and metrics, working partnership with other teams/stakeholders
Model KPIs for security org and identify/execute strategic improvement initiatives
Maintain a solid collaboration with Dev leads to help drive the remediation
Work with PM and Dev leads to ensure visibility into upcoming feature requirements

Develop, coach and grow security engineers in the team

Basic Qualifications
Educational Qualification : Full Time Engineering Degree ( Computer Science Preferred )
Overall experience between 12 to 15 years. Minimum of 4 yrs experience in product security management role.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate optimally and clearly with different stakeholders in engineering teams
Able to weigh several, often conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions
Solid understanding in following areas in security Web, Network, Mobile, Windows/Unix
Solid understanding of most common software vulnerabilities and standard secure coding practices
Good to Have Research Background, Speaker in Security Conferences
Good to have certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, CRTP etc.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

CA generally ranges $222k-$294k (min-max)
