Job description
With offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Miami, London, and Berlin, Concord has a diverse and vibrant roster of active recording artists, composers, and songwriters, and a vast and historic catalog of works by some of the most treasured names in music history.
What you'll do:
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Assist to complete the monthly close
- Prepare various GL Reconciliations
- Assist with projects as needed
- Enter AP interface from royalty processing system
- Prepare royalty payments quarterly
- File and maintain all W-9 & W-8BEN for royalty vendors
- Maintain royalty vendor information in accounting system
- Reconcile royalty processing system with the GL
- Record and reconcile royalty advance recoupments
- Prepare out of cycle royalty payments
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance related field preferred
- 3 + years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with: MS Office applications; experience being hands-on with ERP systems a plus
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
