What you will do
Through strategic leadership and subject matter expertise the role will lead Ducted Systems Supply Chain Planning teams through implementation and maturity of Planning processes/practices connected to the Global S&OP process.
- Design and lead implementation of processes, tools, training, and mentorship to drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in global Supply Chain Planning management practices within the construct of an effective & ever maturing Global S&OP process.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the supply plan for 3 manufacturing plants and identifying constraints or bottlenecks and provide alternative solutions.
- Determine critical materials process capabilities needed to support business objectives in the area of Supply (production/procurement) & replenishment planning, and define processes required to enable those capabilities. The business objective is optimized inventory and meeting customer service levels, balanced with efficient manufacturing operations.
- Develop, manage, and improve the Supply Planning process. Lead Supply Review within the S&OP process. Ensure the Supply Review process is run monthly for the 24-month plan and the Supply business targets & KPI’s are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Responsible to drive standardization of planning processes and inventory management across 3 Ducted plants.
- Through leadership, influence, and relationship building work effectively with each business unit to develop and progress along their supply planning and inventory management maturity ensuring alignment with the Global Products S&OP Playbook.
- Develop, implement, and lead improvement of critical supply chain planning KPI’s, for example: Inventory % to plan, First pass fill rate, Backorder, Backorder Ageing, Inventory Efficiency, Excess and Obsolete Inventory
- Lead global investigation, strategic direction, and implementation of best in class technology across the PBU’s to drive efficiency, cash savings, and transparency of global business.
- Build the supply planning talent pool of through effective training, career development, and internal/external recruiting practices
- Manage Supply Chain Management activities across multiple units / financial entities / foreign borders. Multiple suppliers, customers, products and processes within scope of responsibility.
- Act as liaison between supply and demand which requires communications of scheduling related decisions to the planning group and other support groups across the organization.
- Assist the Commercial organization in quoting accurate lead times.
- Maintains effective working relationship and communication with all business units
- Travel 25% of the time
Knowledge & Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred)
- 7+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning and S&OP in complicated global environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Advanced Planning Software (Logility, JDA, SAP, ToolsGroup, Kinaxis…), BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Cliq…), and ERP systems

Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
