Job Description:
Job Summary

Provides expert level analysis and research for Technology Supply Chain to support most complex and strategic sourcing events, demand management prioritization, strategic planning, market and rate analysis, reporting and executive communication, and continuous improvement.

Additional details:
This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work. Those ineligible locations are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington and Wyoming.

U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for SCM projects and improvement initiatives
Conduct category spend analyses and reporting, develop total cost of ownership (TCO) models, supplier stratification, and supply market and category industry research
Identify data and system issues that affect analytical deliverables and determine when and if to engage stakeholder resources
Provide insights through data analysis, prior experience and industry knowledge, monitoring current and emerging business trends, and research
Perform data analytics to validate assumptions and construct the justifications for value-based change initiatives
Support multiple areas with Technology across multiple programs and areas of the business
Collaborate with Peers and other business partners to define how data will be stored, integrated, managed, updated, and accessed by Internal Customers
Fosters process improvement through problem analysis, conflict resolution, and coaching
Drives and educates Stakeholders to develop solid business requirements, helping them to visualize key success factors and define the desired results prior to supplier engagement
Works continuously to obtain and ensure higher levels of contractual obligation (i.e., additional service level agreements to gain better adherence)
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Broad familiar across a range of computer hardware and software market, suppliers and trends
Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating Customer Satisfaction
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Skilled in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Ability to create impactful presentations that provide insights, create influence, and drive actions across all levels of Leadership
Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)
Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among sets of letters, numbers, objects, pictures, or patterns
Uses excellent writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, insights, and recommendations to others
Ability to use tuned analytic skills to process information quickly, differentiate various content issues, and isolate critical points in a discussion Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED

Expert-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Supply Chain Management, Technology or related field

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information.
Must have flexibility to work extended hours during the week and weekend, including Company holidays, during quarterly close or special projects
Limited travel

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $124,550 to $138,400 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the
discretion of the company.
