Job description
An opportunity has arisen within Medical Neurosciences at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust for a SSNAP data collector to work closely with the stroke team. This role includes collecting data for audit, data entry and preparing reports on stroke performance indicators. An element of the role will also be to co-ordinate the booking of investigations and appointments for TIA patients as well as close liaison with the clinical teams.
Salford Royal provides the Comprehensive Stroke Centre for the Greater Manchester Clinical Stroke Network.
We provide hyperacute stroke care for people presenting with symptoms of stroke withinfour hours of onset from across Greater Manchester, in collaboration with our colleagues in the Primary and District Stroke Centres across the city.
