Cellucap-Disco is looking to acquire a talented individual to join their team. The idle candidate is a highly motivated and dedicated staff member. The Staff Accountant will support, collaborate, and communicate with all members of the accounting team. Job Responsibilities:
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Perform variance analysis and timely reconciliation of general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Support Sr Level staff members with day to day responsibilities that include:
- Cash Management
- Assist in the completion biweekly check runs & wire schedules
- The processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Cash Application
- Communication with both customers and vendors on their inquires
- Providing Fixed Asset system support
- Participating in the annual audit process
- Special Projects, that will relate to all fascists of the company
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
Experience & Requirements
- 1+ years of employment or internship in an accounting field is desired
- GL Accounting experience
- Software: Excel
Pay:
Annual Salary: $50,000
Supplemental (additional) Pay:
- Performance Bonus Paid Twice a Year
- Christmas/Holiday Bonus
