Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper:
LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Accounting Principals) is seeking a candidate to work with a reputable CPA firm, looking to add a corporate [staff] accountant/Bookkeeper to their Albuquerque, NM team for a full time position. This position will work on a local accounting team. This role will work to ensure compliance with all regulations, prepare filings, perform tax research, and managing deadlines.
Requirements for the Tax Accountant role:
- Experience with Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Basic understanding of balance sheet adjustments and Payroll
- Recording of normal monthly entries such as depreciation.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks and confident working with Excel .
- Wants someone with strong customer service skills ...business has grown significantly and adding on many new clients! ??
- Degree not required but needs someone with a strong general bookkeeping background
- This role will sit in an office in Albuquerque. Salary range $55,000 - $60,000/yr. plus benefits package.
