Staff Accountant
Springville Mfg. Co., Inc. is an established manufacturing company, in business over 60 years. We are looking for an experienced accountant for general accounting functions.
Full Time – in office position
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Maintain all financial records. Reconcile account balances and bank accounts.
- Maintain general ledger and prepare month-end closings for financial statements.
- Accounts payable including inventory receiving, post vouchers from invoices and generate payments.
- Cash receipts, reconcile accounts receivable and collections.
- Weekly payroll using ADP Payroll service along with employee recordkeeping and benefits.
- HR duties including insurances and 401(k) administration.
- Work with health insurance broker on insurance renewals, employee issues and HRA accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience.
- Associates degree in accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry is helpful.
