We are currently accepting resumes from Staff Geologists with geotechnical experience As a Staff Geologist, this person will work on geotechnical projects, material testing, foundation inspections and drafting reports. You will get the opportunity to learn about significant projects in our marketplace, contribute in a growing department and assist in continually improving the way we deliver services to our clients.

Allerion Consulting Group, Inc. is a Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering company that also provides building envelope consulting, fire stop consulting and code compliance services for clients throughout Northern California. We currently have over 30 employees with 4 offices throughout Northern California. The original corporate offices started in Redding, California back in 2006 and the corporate headquarters were moved to Roseville, California in 2016.

Requirements:

• College graduate in Geology with experience with geotechnical engineering
• Ability to perform physical work related to field investigations
• Strong technical skills including writing technical investigations
• Proven experience in supporting geotechnical engineering (design)
• Must have strong technical writing ability including spelling, grammar and attention to detail
• Work well in a team environment, strong understanding of business communication protocols and excellent organizational skills including the ability to forecast workloads.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Geology and Geotechnical: 1 year (Preferred)
• Technical writing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• GIT or Professional Geologist License (Preferred)
