Desired applicant will have a minimum of one year of experience. Relevant field experience includes, but is not limited to, environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations (including groundwater / soil sampling), logging of soil borings, installing groundwater monitoring wells. Relevant office experience includes reporting of investigative results. Additional relevant experience including coordinating, planning, organizing and conducting investigations and remedial activities. A proven track record and experience in the oil and gas environmental industry is beneficial. Candidate must be highly motivated, client-focused, and work well in a professional and team-oriented environment. Candidate must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload and travel as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skill is required. Candidate should be able to meet time sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Assisting with project management including preparing budget estimates and subcontractor coordination.
- Coordinating, planning and organizing project work.
- Field Supervising, managing and planning project activities, such as investigations and remedial excavations.
- Assisting with Health and Safety assessments and audits of project sites and project teams.
- Developing work plans and reports for various types of investigations, environmental site assessments, and remediation projects.
- Reviewing and interpreting data to determine path forward.
- Adhering to project plan, budget and timetable.
- Reviewing data and documents for technical accuracy.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree.
- One year of experience.
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Multiple years of experience on construction project sites is preferred.
- Completion of 40-hour OSHA-HAZWOPR training is beneficial.
- Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
