Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Staffing Specialist to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Mattoon, Illinois office. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:

• Interview by phone screening and processing candidates for available job opportunities.
• Recruit, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
• Communicate with clients and employees via phone, email and in person.
• Enter data entry documentation into our HRIS system.
• Process hiring paperwork for all new employees placed on assignment.
• Process Workman’s Compensation paperwork and perform investigations.
• This Staffing Specialist position will support the ISS Traveling Work Program (TWP)

Requirements:

• Customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Must be highly dependable and able to work M-F, 9:00am to 6:00pm + overtime.
