As an Entertainment Technician at Turning Stone Resort Casino, you will have the opportunity to be an essential contributor to executing a variety of shows and events we host at our Resort location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service, follow-up, and attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of organizations
• Efficiently operates with a critical eye to deliver a quality product safely
• Supports initiatives in keeping all equipment in good working condition
• Accurately performs show operation tasks during performances as required
• Assists with sound, lighting, and video equipment installations
• Able to circuit, wire, plug, and patch audio, lighting, and video equipment
• Able to operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to audio consoles, lighting consoles, spot light, video cameras and switchers.
• Maintain and repair entertainment related equipment.
• Remains relevant and knowledgeable of industry trends & equipment
• Possess and demonstrates a working knowledge of forklifts, high-reach equipment,
• Assists in the preparation, monitoring, and managing of the annual operating budget
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; Technical schooling preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lighting, live audio, and video production preferred
• Must have current knowledge of industry standards
• Proficiency with AV Solutions over IP Networks preferred
• ETCP certification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database software
• Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
• Able to shift priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong customer service skills while remaining calm
• Must be available to work a flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain the applicable regional Gaming License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• lighting Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
• Audio/Video Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
• stagehand: 1 year (Preferred)
