Job description
We are a thriving repossession company based in the Philadelphia area. We are seeking a motivated State Manager that will ensure all tasks within the repossession operation are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while keeping within company guidelines and standards. The State Manager would be the point of contact for all field personnel and client counterparts to ensure best information and success of each assignment.
Responsibilities:
- The State Manager is to be directly responsible for IRS operations and productivity in a specific market.
- The State Manager will oversee the activities of the spotters, tow truck drivers and lot personnel and ensure that those employees are maintaining and achieving International Recovery Systems (IRS) company standards.
- The State Manager will also oversee and control all vehicles, equipment and individual storage facilities individual maintenance schedules and proper working condition.
- The State Manager will report directly to the President for any guidance or directions while performing assigned duties.
- Responsible for the profit and loss report monthly
- Responsible for all repossession related activities within the State
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of four years’ experience in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a background check and Motor Vehicle check
- Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
