Job description
We are seeking a manager for our established Stihl/Honda repair and sales shop.Successful managers will be managing a staff of approximately 5 individuals, including small engine mechanics, fireplace/stove service technicians and sales people. The duties include customer service, ordering parts and inventory, managing inventory, overseeing continuing education/training, and staying on budget.
Candidates must have excellent people skills, a track record of reliability, interact with a variety of personalities, a professional appearance, and comfortably lift 40-50 pounds. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
We are a busy environment and pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service. We are looking for applicants with relevant experience, self motivation, and commitment.
