The Position

As a member of management, you manage the daily operations of your store location. Responsible for maximizing the store's profitability while assisting other store associates with their production. Ensure all company programs and policies are executed. Lead by example to offer exceptional customer service, while maintaining a well-organized, clean, safe, and positive work environment. Pawn Management or Rent-to-Own Management experience is a PLUS!

Required experience:

• Sales Management: Minimum of 3 years
• Knowledge of store merchandising, operations, and retail management practices and procedures
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience selecting, assessing, coaching and developing associates
• Proven ability to manage and mentor team members, lead and influence cross-functional working groups and achieve results
• Bilingual - A PLUS
