The Store Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for the overall success of the business. We are looking for a person with 1 year minimum experience in a leadership position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store).

STARTING WAGE $18.00+Tips

What we are looking for:

LEADERSHIP

  • Supervises and direct daily work activities of employees while on duty.
  • Communicate team goals and expectations to all employees; coach employees toward achieving goals, recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals.
  • Lead by example by working side-by-side in the completion of Barista duties including customer service, cleaning, maintaining equipment and stocking supplies.
  • Train, coach, evaluate and provide regular performance feedback (positive and corrective) to motivate and improve the performance of all employees.
  • Ensure schedules are timely prepared and posted.
  • Make employment decisions regarding: hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation.
  • Ensure safety and security of employees and guests with regular inspections, meetings and training.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

  • Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare and place product orders to ensure business is properly stocked.
  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring highest quality service.
  • Work independently and uses own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be knowledgeable regarding employment law and Human Resources Practices
  • Securely transport cash deposits to bank in a timely manner.
  • Execute company-wide marketing programs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and ensure services being received are appropriate and timely.

GUEST SERVICE

  • Ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of a quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel.
  • Comfortably interact with customers and professionally handle difficult and critical service issues that may arise.
  • Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect customers.
