Job description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and be able to develop and implement strategies to increase store performance. We are looking for a motivated individual who is able to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Train, motivate, and develop staff to ensure that they are meeting company objectives.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
