Job Function
Responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, and employees). Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.
Essential Duties
o Executes overall store management including financials, monitoring profitability and expenses.
o Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.
o Provides input to the hiring and terminations, reviews, retention and overall effectiveness and development of the management team and each employee within the store and that all company policies are followed.
o Ensures that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments at the store location which may include leading regular department management staff meetings and all employee meetings.
o Sales Manager duties for the location.
o Communicates with other store managers to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organization.
o Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility, the property and all vehicles for the location.
o Promotes and ensures a safe work environment for each employee and customers.
o Works with corporate management team to ensure programs, policies and procedures are performed accurately within sales, parts and service departments.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
