A Day in the Life of a Store Manager/General Manager

• Maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff
• Provides exceptional customer service through proactive communication seeking to understand needs
• Communicates with clients and prospects via telephone, email, and face-to-face, to effectively promote Restore and our service offerings
• Organizes and leads outcomes in all performance and operational areas
• Develops and maintains relationships with existing/new community businesses for collaboration and ongoing business interaction
• Understands and interprets Business Intelligence (KPIs) to uncover symptoms and provides solutions to drive store growth
• Creates monthly schedule and weekly reports to direct supervisor outlining work hours and activities performed
• Attends conference calls/webinars led by Be Well LLC and Restore Corporate to develop, enhance, and improve business results
• Practices regular independent and discretionary judgement to ensure all guidelines are being followed
• Partners with the Be Well recruiting team to identify opportunities and interview candidates
• Welcomes, trains, and assists in onboarding new employees
• Develops and coaches the team through education, motivation, and proactive communication to cultivate future leaders
• Conducts regular 1:1 and team meetings to communicate brand objectives, promotions, performance goals, trends, and other relevant information
• Ensures time sheet and payroll accuracy for each employee

Position Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
• Must be available to work during all store operating hours, including weekends and holidays (when needed)
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• Two years in retail or franchise management is preferred
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
