Our store management team is responsible for overall store operations. The successful candidate will be able to guarantee customer satisfaction by imposing the company culture and teaching it to staff, assisting to hire and and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail or food service employee management.

You must be able to:

• Be overall responsible for Operations of playcenter.
• Fosters a fun work environment by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
• Supervise a small staff, be responsible for team schedule, and shift coverage
• Coach team on the performance of their duties; participate in performance appraisals; assess training needs; and provide feedback
• Be an example of well behavior and high performance and lead team to maintain outstanding store condition and cleanliness standards
• Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate with store leadership team to implement sales and incentive programs, and events
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Be able to communicate and interact with small children in a caring and engaging way and with parents in a supportive and friendly way
• Independently deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Independently manage opening and closing procedures
• Additional team management duties as needed

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
• Candidates with a can-do attitude, works well with others, and values working with a Team.
• This is not a desk job, very little paperwork, daily you'll be very active.
• 2 years retail / customer / food service team management experience
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills to deal with and delight customers
• Minimum High School Degree

Requirements:

• Ability to work full time including weekends (depending on staffing levels the work may require in excess of 40 hours per week). We are open from 9:00am-5:00pm with weekend shifts until 7:00pm, plus closing time.
• Schedule will be Thursday-Monday.
• Must be vaccinated.
• Must live within 30 minutes of playcenter.
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must love interacting with children.
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be over 21 and able to pass a background check to work with children.
• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
