We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree or equivalent

We work throughout the state-line area (Wisconsin and Illinois) in areas with known storm damage and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process and then we repair their home.

No experience? No problem. XL Contracting delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within weeks. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist property owners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.

Compensation: $100k PLUS

STORM DAMAGE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Canvas/network with homeowners in storm damage areas

• Provide free damage inspections/assessments and report findings to homeowner

• Review XL Contracting’s credentials with homeowner

• Explain the agreement between XL Contracting and homeowner

• Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim and explain the entire claims process

• Meet insurance adjustor to discuss the scope of damages

• Turn insurance approved construction projects into the production department

STORM DAMAGE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

• An outgoing personality and ability to successfully develop positive customer relations

• Great at multi-tasking and possess excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong customer-service orientation

• A competitive spirit and a positive will to win attitude

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy traveling

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required (truck preferred)
