The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Strategic Business Support Specialist to become an integral part of our leadership team. This position is not your typical administrative role; it combines high-level administrative tasks with strategic business support, providing an opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar meticulously, ensuring a balance between professional commitments, personal rejuvenation, and family time.
  • Handle all email correspondence efficiently and professionally, escalating only strategic matters to the CEO.
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, providing the support needed to drive growth across all our businesses.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, freeing the CEO to focus on strategic and rejuvenating activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
  • Proven track record in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in investment firms or similar industries is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
