We have an exciting opportunity in the School of English for someone with a passion for customer service looking to use their skills in teamwork and communication to make an impact.
We are looking for a hardworking and efficient Student Experience and Programme Delivery Officer to provide great customer service to our students and staff. You will be working as part of a team to co-ordinate the delivery of all aspects of administration for the School’s UG student population. You will have responsibility for oversight of assessment and timetabling processes. We are looking for someone with excellent administration and organisational skills and who can use your initiative to deal with complex problems and queries. You will have strong IT skills and the ability to work with recording and reporting systems.
