Madrona MindBody (A Yoga, Dance, Pilates Studio) seeks a part-time (7-10 hours/week) Studio & Management Assistant. This is a contracted position with flexible hours, and much of the work can be done remotely. We seek someone with excellent computer skills and guest/customer relations service to handle a variety of responsibilities including scheduling, social media, facility management, fielding information requests, and interfacing with teachers and partners. Must be consistently reliable, independently motivated, knowledgeable with spreadsheets and Word documents, and able to learn our customer management software program. Knowledge of Port Townsend and Fort Worden valuable, as is experience with mindful movement, dance and/or yoga studios. In addition to hourly pay, individual may take up to three Madrona MindBody classes/week complementary.
