Role Overview
We're on the lookout for multiple super energetic, quick-learning superstars who are passionate about female empowerment and have natural talent for connecting with women. As part of our fabulous all-female team, you'll play various roles, from concierge to studio prep guru, organizational wizard to social media editor/actor/director, and more! Got retail experience? Even better! Team players are a must, as we're all about working together in our fun, creative, and empowering environment.

#1 You are the Ultimate Multi-tasker (juggling all these exciting responsibilities while having a blast!)
- Master of the magical art of organization and planning, turning whirlwinds into smooth sailing
- Be a caffeine-charged early bird, helping your ADHD/Neurodivergent boss and team seize the day and stay on track
- Transform confusion into clarity, serving as a trusty human GPS for task navigation
- Excel at prioritizing, making even the most daunting to-do list bow to your will
- Possess the patience of a Zen master, always keeping your cool and maintaining a positive vibe
#2 Studio Organizing and Cleaning Superstar
- Keep our private studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready to wow our clients
- Tackle tasks with enthusiasm and an eye for detail
- Transform our Client Closet filled with lingerie, robes, and more into a HGTV organization transformation!
- Be a prop, wardrobe, and set customization master, keeping everything fresh and organized
- Keep our bed set linens fresh by laundering wardrobe and sheets
- Keep our fridge and coffee cabinet well-stocked and ready for action
- Charge camera/equipment and maintain a bug-free balcony
- Ensure blinds/curtains look fabulous and floors/steps are spotless
- Order studio supplies, lingerie, and all the essentials for an unforgettable experience
- Revel in the joy of assembling furniture, making every piece fit together like a jigsaw puzzle champ and transform our studio walls into a vibrant gallery, showcasing art with the finesse of a curator
- Tackle home tasks like a seasoned pro, liaising with property management to keep our shower singing-worthy
- Be the studio's guardian angel, ensuring everything runs smoothly even when the boss takes a well-deserved vacay
#3 Client Experience Champion
- Shower clients with warmth and make them feel like the queens they are on the day of their session!
- Capture the magic of our sessions for marketing and social media (while respecting model release rules)
- Continuously improve the client experience on shoot day by thinking ahead, being proactive, and engaging with clients
- Offer cozy robes, drinks, snacks, and a well-stocked fridge in the studio
- Capture behind-the-scenes videos for marketing magic and unleash your creativity with social media content, including TikTok reels and more
- Learn how to assist clients with posing and become Natasha's "right-hand person" during shoot days
#4 Event Extraordinaire, Product Party Planner, and Jack/Jill of All Trades
- Help coordinate, plan, set up, and tear down various in-person events throughout the year, making each one unforgettable (travel may be required to bridal shows ect.)
- Keep our bridal show and event supplies as organized as a Pinterest-worthy dream
- Unpack and break down boxes with the enthusiasm of a recycling superhero, keeping our space trash-free and fabulous
- Be the Sherlock Holmes of order tracking, knowing what's in and what's eagerly awaited for client orders
- Roll out the red carpet for clients when their orders arrive, letting them know the big moment has come
- Become a behind-the-scenes maestro, creating captivating videos of product arrivals and clients' joyous pick-up moments
- Master the art of storage room Tetris, rearranging and optimizing the space for maximum efficiency and style
- Devise repeatable processes so sleek and efficient, they'd make a Swiss watchmaker proud
- Be a quick study who never needs to be told twice, absorbing instructions like a superhuman sponge
- Keep everything on track for your creative, ADHD boss, freeing them up to unleash their inner genius Requirements
- Embrace a schedule as varied as a box of chocolates, where every day is a sweet surprise!
Additional Information
- Reliable transportation to get you to our studio in Cheat Lake, West Virginia.
- At least 1-year retail management experience (preferred but not essential)
- A valid driver's license (preferred) Ideal Candidate Profile
- A clear communicator who's always ready to jump into action
- Eager to grow with our company and explore leadership opportunities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
- A customer service superstar who loves going the extra mile
- Not looking to start your own photography biz, but excited to grow with our team
- Not afraid to ask for help or clarification (we all need a hand sometimes!)
