Univaleo is an employment agency (https://univaleo.net) looking for a candidate who can work as a Sub Acute RN at a local hospital in Culver City, California. We have various openings (ER, ICU, telemetry, med/surg, etc.) in multiple locations (Tustin, Culver City, Hollywood, LA, Norwalk)!

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide skilled nursing and supportive care to residents with chronic long term medical conditions.
• Provides resident care, reviews and administers medications, treatments, and procedures in a safe, effective, and appropriate manner.
• Develops long term and short term goals consistent with treatment plans, standards of practice, and the plan of care. Appropriately utilizes pain management resources and other interventions to provide pain relief.
• Collaborates with staff, physicians, and members of the healthcare team to ensure the coordination of care between other disciplines and support staff.
• Empathizes with resident and resident support systems, expresses compassion and understanding for the situation and demonstrates care.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license in CA (BSN preferred)
• Pediatric experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS & PALS preferred

Sign On Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the Sign On Bonus, you must have one or more years of acute care RN hospital experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $60.00 per hour
