Job Summary:

Our diverse, energetic, and collaborative Global Supply Change Management team offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic growth-oriented environment in support of the Rapid Procurement department, which manages the engineering and development procurements for multiple mission areas. You will foster relationships with suppliers and subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • For all contract types, the Procurement Professional will process the closeout.
  • Document Period of Performance end date
  • Verify all goods and services have been received
  • Ensure all un-definitized change orders were processed and sent to supplier
  • Make sure Prism/SAP is up to date, and that all appropriate boxes are checked (delivery complete, goods receipt, final invoice)
  • Request documentation from supplier – Closeout Notification Letter
  • Perform reconciliation of costs, if applicable
  • Perform reconciliation of invoices/payments, if applicable
  • Work with ACO, if applicable
  • Process the Seller’s Release and Assignment of Claims
  • Work with internal groups – MPM, Program Finance, Security, Patents, Legal, etc
  • Perform all duties as outlined in FAR Part 4.804-5, specifically Items 1-9:
  • Confirm Disposition of classified material is completed; Final patent report is cleared; Final royalty report is cleared; no outstanding value engineering change proposal; Plant clearance report is received; Property clearance is received; interim or disallowed costs are settled; Price revision is completed; and Subcontracts are settled by the prime contractor.
  • Assisting with other closeout responsibilities, as required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with development type of procurement and major subcontracts
  • SAP based environment experience
  • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services
  • Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • DoD procurement experience and demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price etc.)
  • Knowledge and Experience working Cost Reimbursable Subcontracts

Additional Details:

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $161,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI&S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI&S roles. ALL eligibility requirements must be met (see guidelines) to receive the Referral Awarding.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or Non- U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
