Job Summary

Engineers will be exposed to a broad spectrum of renovation, preservation, and new construction projects across all architectural practice areas.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Scan existing building drawings
- Retrieve and stamp incoming mail and drawings
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and drawings
- Assist with Phones
- Assist with Filing
- Help with Library maintenance
- Data entry for marketing
- Scanning help for accounting
- Scanning calcs for engineers
- Stamp and fold Shop drawings
- Ordering supplies
- Help with parties
- Wellness Room seminar set ups.
- Help with Specification formatting
- Miscellaneous office tasks
