Summer Youth Job Coaches June 5th - August 18th 2023 summer season!

25-30 hours per week. Looking for those who are great "encouragers" to others!

Ashland, Richland and Seneca Counties!

This is a perfect opportunity for college students who are seeking to gain experience while enhancing their resumes during summer college break! You will be trained to mentor individuals in their employment! Apply now!

No experience necessary! You bring the spirit of fun and positivity within your mentorship and we provide the paid training!

No masks required, however must have the original COVID 19 vaccine completed. (Boosters encouraged but not mandatory) If you are not vaccinated but plan to start prior to hire, we can still consider you if you are in process by start date!

Get paid as you go! No more waiting 2 weeks for pay day. You may access a portion of your net pay up to 3 times throughout the pay period in addition to your paycheck. (This is available after your initial paycheck)

Eligible candidates will be at least 18 yrs old and have a high school diploma/GED. You will also be driving as part of the position and an Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points and no more than 2 moving violations will be required.

• We conduct a criminal background check. We are a drug free workplace; and conduct drug screens pre-employment, randomly and for reasonable suspicion if need be. We will also check your driving record along with several other state mandated checks. Will you pass these checks?
• We are mandated by CMS/Medicaid to COVID vaccinated meaning that you are either already fully vaccinated and will provide proof.

What is your status: Already fully vaccinated and have proof? Plan to get it and will get your first shot before hire and complete it by the date for second shot?
Note: Boosters are not required at this time, however they are encouraged.

• This is a summer position however you may have the opportunity to return to this job each summer if you would like. We also have opportunities throughout the year if you wish to work in between the summer months. Will you be available for the full schedule that is listed in the from June through August?

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• care field/mentoring: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with less than 6 points (Preferred)
• Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations (Preferred)
• CPR/1st Aid (we also offer classes if you do not have this) (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
