Annual salary: up to £36,000.00
Supervisor required to join our team based in Rotherham.
Do you have an interest in supporting your local community and making a difference. We need a supervisor who has good administrative and organisational skills, along with good attention to detail whilst working in the properties.
The successful Void Supervisor will be working full time Monday to Friday 8-5 earning a salary of up to £36,000, depending on experience – Plus company van & fuel card.
What will your role look like:

Supervision on sub-contractors

Completing work specification with instruction from clients

Completing inspections of completed work before handing back

Regular contact with clients, planners and sub-contactors.

Audits of properties

Health and safety checks
You will be supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.
