We are currently hiring for a Supplements Admin professional to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the follow-up communication to our customer’s insurance provider(s) and our supplement claims. We are in need of a professional with strong communication and computer skills with an exemplary work ethic. The right candidate for this role will have tangible experience, is highly motivated, and capable of working autonomously in coordination with the company’s process. This is a 100% on-site position.

Responsibilities:*

• Communicating with our customer’s insurance providers following up on outstanding project’s claims.
• Manage outstanding supplement claims with a drive to “complete the job”.

• Strong work ethic and reliable/accountable.
• Computer and technologically savvy.
• Ability to learn and master new software systems quickly
• Comfortable and driven to learn.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
