Supply Technician

Location: Fort McCoy, WI

Employment Class: Full Time Regular

FLSA Classification : Non Exempt- Hourly (SCA)

Position Summary:

Advancia Government Services, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a Supply Technician to perform technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization). Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations.

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Hold a valid State Driver’s License
• Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport
• Selected candidate subject to a background check

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

• A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines
• An understanding of the needs of the organization
• Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Shall be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

• Ability to safely work in various weather conditions.
