The role
Salary: £23303.00 per year
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be on a rolling rota basis, 08:00-16:00, 15:00-23:00. You will be required to work some weekends and do at least 1 sleep-in shift each week (additional sleep in shift allowance is paid)

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Support Assistant. Your responsibilities will
include:
- Ensure the service is running at exceptionally high standard and meeting all the service specification outlined by the commissioners.
- Undertaking keywork sessions, support planning, completing risk assessments and needs reviews.
- Dealing with incidents and safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and encourage effective customer participation, consultation and feedback within the service.
- Promote and encourage involvement in Social Inclusion. This will include supporting colleagues with group work.
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is
positive and friendly. The successful candidate will need:
- A good understanding of issues faced by young people living in supported accommodation.
- An empathetic approach with an understanding attitude.
- Does not need to have experience as full training will be provided.
