Beautiful and Creative Minds is seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Coordinator to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is part time with the option to expand as the company expands. A support coordinator works with an individual to identify their dreams and aspirations and coordinates treatment by identifying community resources and providing choices and options for the individual. The position requires excellent communication and writing skills as well as computer skills and the ability to be flexible when making an appointment to meet with the individual and /or their support network. The position involves traveling to the home of the individual for the first contact in person and annually and quarterly face to face contact. Phone contact is conducted each month and as needed to work on treatment planning and coordination of services and providers. This position requires that a person have one year experience working with individuals (ADULTS) with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. A four year college degree is required with a major in Psychology, Social Work or a related Human Service Field . There are no exceptions to this requirement and proof of your degree is needed prior to being considered for this position. Priority will be given for candidates that already have the orientation and training and experience having worked for an agency providing Support Coordinator Services in NJ. We work in seven counties presently, Burlington, Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden, Mercer, Atlantic and Ocean counties.

A valid Driver's License is required, and a background check will be conducted.
