About Lenora:

Lenora is located in the Old Port at 2 Portland Square, and serves Mexican style street food with an agave forward cocktail program. Lenora is open daily and operates a café-style breakfast that transitions into lunch and dinner. Hours of operation are currently from 7:00am-10:00pm (We will be expanding to a later closing time within the coming few weeks). Hospitality and exceptional service in a casual neighborhood atmosphere will be at the core of it all.

About the Support Staff Roles:
We are looking for enthusiastic support staff to work roles such as food-runner, host, and barback to round out our front of house team! Availability on PM and weekends is necessary for these positions.

Ideal applicants would have prior experience in a similar role. However, we are willing to train those who are interested in learning how to work in a fast-paced restaurant.

All support staff members will actively participate in a teamwork centered dynamic with their co-workers and management to ensure a successful service each shift.

These roles are a great entry level position for hard-working individuals to gain experience and train up into server and/or bartender positions in the future!

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive attitude and professionalism while on company property
• Barbacks will need to effectively manage time sensitive tasks and be adept at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Food runners will need a strong knowledge base on all menu items to ensure all food delivered to guests is exactly how it should be according to each order
• Participates in daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Follows guidance and suggestions from management in a professional manner
• Takes on additional responsibilities as requested

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Positive attitude and professionalism required
• Excels with time management and can juggle many tasks at once
• Skilled at maintaining effective communication with staff, peers, and upper management

• Hourly wage + tips, paid in a weekly paycheck
