Job description

Our Client provides a rehabilitation service for men and women requiring a medium term placement focusing on active rehabilitation in order to progress into future community placements. Patients may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) with a diagnosis of mental illness. The service has 24 beds for men and women over four wards within a modern, relaxed and vibrant setting. Referrals come from across the country and service users’ previous placements may include: secure services, acute hospitals and community settings.
