Attention to those seeking employment: Our organization (All-Ways Care Services) is looking to hire Job Coaches for our Summer Program.

Job Coaches will be working with persons with disabilities/special needs.

We need applicants who are 18+, have a valid driver's license, and can pass a criminal background check.

A Summer Job Coach will observe and direct a team of 3 individuals with special needs as they perform duties at a worksite in the community. Job Coaches will be responsible for keeping individuals on task, redirecting individuals when necessary. Job Coaches will maintain clear notes on client performance and submit documentation to Supervisors on a regular basis. Job Coaches will complete mid-term, and final reports for Clients’ performances

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
