Job description

Job Duties:

• Pack all foods ( Egg rolls, Dry Noodles, Salmon, etc...)
• Prep sushi, wontons, salmon, egg rolls, etc
• Bag tuna food mix (3lbs)
• Cut vegetables on a daily based off a schedule provided by supervisor on site.
• Pick orders , and restock aisles
• Store certain foods in fridge area or freezer area
• Place products on carts or sushi making machine to transfer them to the next stage of processing when needed
• Inspect and pack the final product.
• Maintain clean workspaces and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Update production logs to ensure an accurate product count.
• Ensure all food items received are of good quality and appropriate quantity.
• Sort food items according to their type and the same type of items are stored together, practice First in First out (FIFO) process

Schedule/ Shift :

Monday- Sunday from 4:00AM – 12:30PM/ some overtime if needed

Pay Rate:$16.50

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience working in the food industry
• Must be available weekends
• Non Slip Shoes
• Resume
