- Comfortable working with kids
- Passion for seeing kids succeed
- Responsible and dedicated team player
- Available afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
- Pass a background check for over 18 years old.
- Instructors can earn up to $23/hr based on experience
- Paid training
- Providing free CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification
